By installing and using X: Supercharged (the “Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

X: Supercharged is a Chrome Extension that allows users to:

• Create and manage content filters for X
• Share filter lists with other users
• Import and export filter settings
• Customize their X feed experience

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be a valid X user to use this Extension
• You must comply with Chrome Web Store’s terms of service
• You must be able to form legally binding contracts

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the Extension
• Use the Extension for any illegal purposes
• Share filters designed to promote hate speech or discrimination
• Attempt to harm or disrupt other users’ experience
• Use the Extension to spam or harass others

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Filter Lists

• You retain ownership of any filter lists you create
• By sharing filter lists, you grant other users permission to use them
• You are responsible for the content of your filter lists
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate filter lists

4.2 Prohibited Content

Filter lists must not contain:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Malicious content designed to harm others
• Content that violates any laws or regulations
• Content that infringes on others’ rights

5. Privacy and Data

• We collect minimal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• We use analytics to improve the service
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• You can opt-out of analytics collection

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Extension at any time
• Update these Terms of Service
• Change features or functionality
• Update the Extension as needed

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
